Through the four initial cohorts, G4G Tanzania has seen remarkable progress among the mentees who have participated in the program. Many have grown in confidence, seen their work gain more visibility, and enhanced their professional skills. Most importantly, they have transformed into strong, visionary leaders, standing firm in pursuit of their dreams while inspiring others to join the movement. These women and girls have become catalysts for positive change in their communities, which has led to increased opportunities, such as promotions, career advancements, and business expansion. The Corporate Cohorts initiative under Project Girls for Girls (G4G) Tanzania focuses on empowering women in professional settings.
