About Us

G4G helps women achieve their ambitions through provisioning access to professional mentorship, skills-based tools and a global network of female leaders.

THE CHALLENGES

Where Are The Women?

Regardless of the level of development or advancement in a country, we find that women remain under-represented in positions of power.

Underrepresentation in Top Positions

As of early 2025, only 28 women serve as Heads of State and/or Government across 25 countries. At the current rate, gender equality in the highest positions of power won’t be reached for another 130 years.

Underrepresentation in Revenue-Generating Roles

Women hold less than a third (29%) of revenue-generating management roles, a critical pathway to the C-suite.

Nearly 54 Million Mentorship Gap

Globally, only 24% of women leaders have had a formal mentor, compared to 30% of men. This gap widens at senior levels

Pillar 1

Inclusive Mentorship

G4G Mentorship Circles serve as localized learning and support communities for small groups of promising young women, facilitated by accomplished female leaders.

These circales are established in various settings, including workplaces, educational institutions and community spaces.

Mentors are an integral part of a global network committed to nurturing and empowering the emerging generation of female leaders.

It’s an opportunity to contribute to their growth and development in professional context.

Pillar 2

Insights & Inspiration

Mentees come together regularly in a supportive group setting with their mentor to openly discuss their goals, dreams, and the hurdles they face.

Mentors are equipped with valuable resources such as skill-building tools, including comprehensive meeting guides and enlightening video lessons by distinguished Professors who taught our co-founders at Harvard Kennedy School.

These resources cover a wide range of vital subjects, including negotiation, courageous leadership, communication, ethics and public service.

Pillar 3

Impactful Network

The G4G mentee and mentor alumni network serves as a welcoming space, uniting both current participants and accomplished alumni who have successfully completed mentorship circles.

It offers young leaders a supportive community where they can connect, share experiences, and discover valuable tools, training and inspiration to fuel their personal and professional journeys.

It’s a place where warmth meets professionalism, fostering growth and connections for aspiring leaders to thrive.
