Our Chapter is preparing to implement the established G4G mentorship modules that have proven successful across the global network. We will be offering these structured mentoring circles connecting experienced professionals with emerging leaders using the organization’s existing framework. Our focus is on recruiting dedicated mentors and participants to engage with this well-developed curriculum beginning in Spring 2025.
G4G France will be delivering the established G4G workshop modules that have been successfully implemented across chapters worldwide. These carefully crafted sessions cover essential leadership topics including effective communication, negotiation skills, strategic decision-making, and building resilience. We plan to engage both local French leaders and international speakers from the broader G4G network to facilitate these proven workshops, creating opportunities for cross-cultural learning and inspiration.
We are establishing connections with complementary women’s organizations across France to create a more robust support ecosystem for female leaders. Additionally, we are strengthening ties with other French-speaking G4G chapters to share resources and best practices. Our digital strategy will focus on building an active online community through regular virtual networking events and content sharing, making leadership development accessible to women regardless of location.
