Girls For Girls France is the vibrant French chapter of Girls For Girls Global, an international initiative dedicated to empowering young women. Our mission is to equip the next generation of leaders with the courage, vision, and practical skills needed to step confidently into leadership roles across all aspects of their lives.

Our Achievements

Our chapter was founded during a challenging period. Our mission is to equip the next generation of leaders with the courage, vision, and practical skills needed to step confidently into leadership roles across all aspects of their lives, from diverse professional backgrounds with shared values. The founding team established the groundwork for our three-pillar approach to leadership development, creating a framework that will guide our renewed efforts in 2025. We’ve maintained connections with the global G4G network and have identified key opportunities for growth in the French context.

Our Target

G4G France is focusing on revitalizing our presence across the country in 2025. Our primary goals include establishing new mentoring circles in major French cities, strengthening our virtual programming to reach women nationwide, and supporting French-speaking chapters with specialized training resources. We aim to create sustainable growth through strategic partnerships with educational institutions and women-focused organizations.

Inclusive Mentorship

Our Chapter is preparing to implement the established G4G mentorship modules that have proven successful across the global network. We will be offering these structured mentoring circles connecting experienced professionals with emerging leaders using the organization’s existing framework. Our focus is on recruiting dedicated mentors and participants to engage with this well-developed curriculum beginning in Spring 2025.

Insights & Inspiration

G4G France will be delivering the established G4G workshop modules that have been successfully implemented across chapters worldwide. These carefully crafted sessions cover essential leadership topics including effective communication, negotiation skills, strategic decision-making, and building resilience. We plan to engage both local French leaders and international speakers from the broader G4G network to facilitate these proven workshops, creating opportunities for cross-cultural learning and inspiration.

Impactful Network

We are establishing connections with complementary women’s organizations across France to create a more robust support ecosystem for female leaders. Additionally, we are strengthening ties with other French-speaking G4G chapters to share resources and best practices. Our digital strategy will focus on building an active online community through regular virtual networking events and content sharing, making leadership development accessible to women regardless of location.
