We aim in the coming years to create a supportive community that understands the importance of collaborative leadership within a like-minded village. This will happen through having a unique offering combined equally with outreach efforts to civic institutions and initiatives, corporations, and institutes of higher learning. We are initiating the second year of 2022 whose aim is entrenchment. We will continue with the G4G offering but the core will be to build a solid mentor base so that they can carry the work for 2023 forward, create more unique strategic alliances, as well as document processes so that working manuals are preserved for all future program directors. We aim to run 6 modules, create 3 cohorts, run testing circles for the 16-18 age range as young mentees. We also aim to vitalize the existing small community by bringing mentees together regularly through fun, relevant, age-appropriate socially responsible events such as book panel discussions /music and arts, and social activism.
